Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to customize and personalize your purchase for gift giving, weddings, etc. Just send me an Etsy Convo and we can get started!

Gift wrapping and packaging

I am happy to gift wrap any item you purchase. I will also include a homemade card, if you like, so the recipient knows who gave them the gift. I charge $1 for wrapping, which just covers the expense of the wrapping paper and ribbon. I include gift cards for FREE!

Wholesale availability

I am willing to wholesale my items for those interested in purchasing in bulk. I can sell whole, uncut loaves of my soap, as well as finished boxed bars. Any of my products can be purchased wholesale. Minimum $200 initial order, and $75 minimum subsequent orders, although you can buy single, uncut, whole soap loaves at wholesale prices without the minimum order.

Shipping

I take customer service seriously. ALL orders will be sent with tracking. I also try to keep an eye on the tracking to ensure your order reaches you. I believe it's my responsibility to do everything possible to ensure your package is delivered. While I can't control what happens after the USPS receives the package, I do the best I can to make sure things are delivered.

Weddings, Showers and Hand Fasting

Planning a wedding, shower or hand fasting? Looking for favors or toss? I am happy to personalize the labels for the items to include your information. You'll see a proof of the verbiage prior to me shipping the products. I can make the labels in your wedding colors, and even add graphics or photos, if you like! I do all my own graphic design and printing to ensure the quality along every step. I can cut my large bars of soap in half and offer those for favors, as well, if you don't want a boxed bar of soap. Looking for eco-friendly wedding toss? I am happy to provide a blend of dried herbs and flowers, stuffed in organza bags with your custom tags tied to them. Organza bags can be in your wedding colors. Order at least 3 - 4 weeks prior.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most of my orders are ready to ship within 1 or 2 days. Larger custom orders, such as wedding favors, will obviously take longer.
Generally, soap and already made resin products ships within 24 hours. Lotions, scrubs, perfume, etc., generally ship in 1 to 3 days. Stickers, cards, and other stationery items generally ship in 1 or 2 days.
If your order is needed by a specific date, please send me a convo to make sure I can ship it in time for you to receive it by the date you require. Even orders that take a little longer might be able to be shipped quicker, if I know time is of the essence.

Are your products Vegan Friendly and Cruelty-Free?

YES! Mostly! With the exception of a few goat milk soaps, ALL other products, including most of my soaps, are Vegan. All my products, even the couple soaps that have goat milk in them, are cruelty-free! I source my goat milk locally, from a friend.
I am a huge animal lover. I'm one of those people that likes to talk to the birds, rabbits, squirrels, etc. I support local shelters, I volunteer with animal transport groups helping to get dogs and cats out of high-kill shelters and into foster homes and rescue groups. I also support groups that rehabilitate wildlife. Want to avoid my non-vegan soap? Avoid ordering these soaps: Freya (rose), Isis (Oatmeal, Goat Milk, Honey), Magic Potion (Coffee) and Valhalla. All other items are Vegan.

Where do you get your goat milk?

My 3 goat milk soaps use locally sourced goat milk, from goats owned by my friend. And those does have a fabulous life.

RETURNS

On bath products, skin care, perfumes, etc., I can only accept returns on unopened, fully sealed items. If you wish to return a bath or body product, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back within 7 days of delivery. You will need to pay for your own return shipping. Items must be returned with tracking to protect both you and I from any USPS issues. You will receive your refund, or have the new item shipped out the day I receive your return.
On resin items and stationery, stickers, etc., please return the item, in original condition, within 7 days for a refund or replacement. You will need to pay for your own return shipping. Items must be returned with tracking to protect both you and I from any USPS issues.
